We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Manager - Instructors (Webinars). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of impactful and high-production webinars, aimed at empowering individuals and organizations to leverage Salesforce's robust platform effectively.

Responsibilities:
Own all facets of day-to-day management of the Instructor team including:
Training and career development
Coaching Instructors to drive high-quality Webinar deliveries that lead to successful customer business outcomes
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly business targets, providing management with an accurate forecast and risk analysis of deliveries and metrics
Report on Webinar impact and deliver feedback on weekly scorecard and productivity metrics to senior management
Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and content creators to develop compelling webinar topics and presentations that resonate with our audience.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for webinars, including attendance, viewer engagement, and feedback, to continuously improve the effectiveness of our webinar program.
Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to maximize audience engagement during webinars, such as live polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive discussions.
Embodies the Saleforce culture and uses that to lead a team that everyone enjoys working with. Has a passion for nurturing and developing talent and creates a safe environment for open and honest dialogue and feedback
Experience and Desired Skills:
BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
3 years of people management experience and strong coaching and personnel development skills
Strong Background in Education, Technical Instruction
Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee and manage the Instructors team’s Business Metrics, productivity and outcomes leveraging the Salesforce platform
Self-directed has the ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as, excellent presentation skills
Knowledge or the Salesforce ecosystem
