ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Media and Reporting Manager for the Acquisition Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a passionate and organized individual with strong communication and project management skills, an eye for detail and an analytical mindset. They will support the Senior Manager – Media & Planning in delivering effective media plans as well as managing a marketing and event calendar, budget reconciliation process, competitor research/tracking and driving marketing operations and process improvement within the acquisition team. This person will own reporting and analysis of Audible’s organic channels and will drive relevant initiatives to support organic channel growth.

Key job responsibilities
As the Media & Reporting Manager, you will...
- Support the delivery of brand media plans
- Own monthly budget reconciliation process with finance and coordinate the team to ensure clarity on Year To Date budget position
- Forecasting, reporting and analysis on organic channels with a specific focus on SEO
- Local management of SEO tech initiatives
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Amazon, Winback, CX and brand teams to maintain a marketing initiatives calendar for each marketplace
- Assist broader Acquisition team with recommendations on how to improve reporting and process
- Own competitor research, monitoring, reporting and analysis including calendarization of offers, SOV and spend. Make recommendations to remain competitive in our target market segments
- Own country level event calendar to ensure we capitalize on opportunities and have foresight on periods and events that may challenge our growth. Deliver reporting and insights on the impact of these events on Audible media and growth targets
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in a marketing role
- Analytical experience with the ability to interpret data and explain insights clearly for their audience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills. A keen collaborator who has a track record of influencing and driving results through peers
- Comfortable with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications as well as to suggest alternative solutions
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and manage time efficiently
- Process orientated with the ability to optimize ways of working
