Account Executive - Commercial Direct Sales

Remote: West VA

Within Commercial Sales we are looking for an Account Executive to work as part of a team based in W. Virginia.

From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Direct Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports smaller accounts or territories
  • Takes guidance from senior professionals and lower level managers
  • Interfaces directly with customers, providing solutions, developing new business and maintaining a positive ongoing relationship
  • Learns to articulate how our business model relates to selling products and services
  • Understands Go to Market strategy and value proposition
  • Resolve basic issues/concerns, escalates others

Essential Requirements

  • Customer oriented
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations and project management
  • Basic knowledge of planning
  • Basic knowledge of company products and services
  • Basic oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Results driven
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in Relationship Selling
  • Additional criteria for Outside Sales: Typically requires 0+ years of field sales experience and excludes sales trainees
