MINDBODY’s IT Business Systems team is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst II specializing in financial application administration. This is a full-time position in IT Business Systems, which partners with internal business teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance/Accounting.

You must possess a background working with different financial systems and related supplemental applications (Zuora, Aria, Netsuite, etc.). Requires knowledge of finance, accounting, sales, and customer service processes and procedures as well as broad experience with SaaS platforms and customer relationship management. Applicants must be experienced information technology professionals with a practical understanding of how enterprise organizations work, as well as excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MIS or related field preferred.
  • 1-2+ years experience with administering subscription management platforms (Zuora, Aria, etc.).
  • 1-2 years experience with administering ERP platforms (NetSuite, FinancialForce, etc.).
  • 1-2 years experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • Salesforce.com Admin Certification a plus,
  • Experience with “The Big Four” accounting/auditing firms a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business units (Finance, Accounting, Sales, etc.) and their processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication/documentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of IT business processes
  • The familiarity of current integrated systems a plus: DocuSign, Cybersource, Avalara, GoCardless, SpringCM, etc.
  • Proven track record in driving results; ability to coordinate and prioritize concurrent activities within a deadline-driven climate.
  • Familiarity with custom API integrations & troubleshooting (Data Warehouse ETL jobs, Aria, Zuora, MINDBODY Software, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
  • Shows tenacity in resolving technical problems and attaining business objectives.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Run and maintain Aria, Zuora, Netsuite, Concur, Blackline and other Finance & Accounting tools.
  • Follow strict Change Management and Controls/Compliance.
  • System updates and enhancements (tool configuration, API key generation, billing code updates).
  • Management of API integrations between business systems (Salesforce, Avalara, Etc.).
  • Management of Okta SSO integration (User tile assignment/configuration).
  • Management of SDLC process for financial applications. (Including Sandbox connections, scheduled refreshes, user administration, API Integrations, system configurations).
  • Data updates using the for subscription and account information updates.
  • Account Management (accounting codes / subscription updates).
  • Administration of new accounts/accounting codes, updating existing information.
  • System Upgrades: oversee all upgrades to the financial systems to ensure the team is prepared for the new changes and all workflows are updated accordingly.
  • System customizations: Follow change process management, to configure systems allowing the team to run more efficiently.
  • Cybersource, Avalara, GoCardless User Administration (Additions, role modification, de-activations, auditing w/ service owner).
  • Collaborate with the fellow BSAs, BRMs, PMs, and our partners in Finance to assist in implementing any new tools, processes.
  • Identify and track potential system issues/bugs/problems and escalate as necessary.
  • Should be self-driven, a good communicator and a team player.
  • Partner with the various departments to define and document process, strive for operational excellence and translate business problems to solutions.
  • Develop and provide training to a variety of user audiences that have a variety of technical skill levels.
  • Manage multiple small to medium-scope projects, including requirements gathering, developing work breakdowns and project plans, track task status, and escalate as needed to keep projects on schedule.
  • Define and document processes, capture functional requirements, and create process flows.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
