Audible - an Amazon company and perpetual innovator – is looking for a results-oriented marketer to join its Canada team. As an integral member of the Audible Canada Marketing organization, you will have the opportunity to manage and launch customer acquisition campaigns across Audible.ca, Amazon.ca and third party channels. You will support the team by owning campaign execution, data analysis and reporting, coordination with media agencies, and optimizing acquisition tactics. You will have direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional coordination with teams in Product, User Experience, Business Intelligence, Creative & Brand, and Technology—as well as agencies. The role requires a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, an attitude that anything is possible, attention to detail and a relentless focus on the customer. This role is based in Newark, NJ, and reports to Head of Acquisition, Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage acquisition initiatives on Amazon.ca, Audible.ca, mobile apps, and third party channels from idea through execution and reporting.
· Grow, develop, and optimize paid and organic marketing channels including conversion funnel optimization, mobile, email marketing, display, and social activity against customer acquisition and efficiency goals.
· Interface with media agencies as well as internal stakeholders to coordinate and optimize acquisition tactics.
· Manage acquisition marketing campaigns and adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets. Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics to internal stakeholders.
· Implement and continually test creative and messaging to support campaigns.
· Others as defined by evolving business needs for a rapidly growing online business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, driving acquisition (e.g., Email, Paid Search, Display, Wireless media), with a solid understanding of the full customer lifecycle.
· Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
· Solid organizational and project management skills.
· Demonstrated understanding of site optimization, UX and persuasive marketing techniques in driving new member conversion.
· Excellent analytical skills, with a passion for metrics.
· Budget and forecasting management experience.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Bachelor’s degree or similar required. MBA a plus.
