UX/UI Designer

At Xbox, our mission is to reach every gamer on the planet to play, watch, communicate, and create together. Our Xbox game development studios focus on delivering great games for everyone, wherever they play—on console, PC or mobile devices. We are responsible for developing and publishing some of the biggest game franchises in history.  We believe that play is the thing that unites everyone. When everyone plays, we all win.

In addition to our studios, the Xbox organization includes a myriad of opportunities to impact the Xbox gaming ecosystem, including console, PC, web and mobile devices. We deliver cutting edge OS and low-level functionality, client SDKs, creator tools, consumer experiences and global scale cloud services to power everything. We are working closely with game and content creators, and with gamers and consumers, to create and grow our world.

We are looking for UX/UI Designers to join our Xbox teams! Are you interested in working on user experiences that define the next generation of human-computer interaction? Do you have a desire to create designs allowing millions of people to experience content in a more natural way? If so, you can help reimagine our experiences across a wide range of devices, software platforms and input methods.

You’ll be at the forefront of design activities by defining how people interact, create, and consume content for today’s work environments. You’ll create a cohesive brand and visual language across our apps to deliver high-quality, compelling experiences that our customers will love. In this role you’ll engage in cross-team collaboration with the best of user research, visual and interaction design, program management and engineering from conceptual design through implementation and release.

This is an opportunity to empower people to do more, know more and be more. Join teams that are creating the future of productivity and improving the lives of hundreds of millions of people at home and at work! Depending on what your skills and interests are, our team will work with you to find the role that feels like home to you!
