The Diversity and Inclusion team serves as a center of excellence, leading the development of D&I business strategy, partnering with leadership across lines of business and global markets, providing subject matter expertise on relevant inclusion practices, and enhancing our inclusion brand both inside and outside the company. As the Senior Inclusion Manager, you will focus on D&I strategy and execution, communication and enterprise events.

About the job:

  • Support the development of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across AppNexus to drive relevant and measurable results
  • Act as the internal project manager for the annual colleague workplace survey process by working closely with the external vendor, HRIS and Analytics team to design the internal communication, implement the survey strategy and generate positive outcomes for participation
  • Work with the People team, Corporate Communications, Affinity Groups and other major cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and engagement with business strategies
  • Develop and deliver effective executive level presentations
  • Maintain knowledge of innovative trends in Diversity & Inclusion, engagement, change management practices and management & leadership approaches

About your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related field preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field required
  • Ability to maintain organized while juggling multiple priorities and timelines through strong project management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a compelling track record of leading or influencing change within senior levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to implement new initiatives and pioneer new approaches to drive change by developing strong cross-functional partnerships in an energized and fluid organization
