As a Homecare Homebase Financial Product Manager, you are responsible for product strategy and the strategic vision of various Homecare Homebase modules. Base business requirements on your industry experience and interaction with stakeholders such as customers, prospects, sales, marketing and operations. As you effectively communicate across numerous internal and external partners, you will work closely with your engineering counterpart to define market problems to solve. Use your knowledge and understanding of our target market to assist the marketing department develop product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. As the evangelist for your product offerings, be ready to energize the sales channel and key customers. Your blend of business and technical savviness, understanding of Homecare Homebase and our customer's business objectives, and your drive to execute makes you successful.
Manages the product line from strategic planning to oversite of respective tactical execution
Tracks the market and competitive dynamics
Specifies market requirements for current and future products through market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
Aligns product strategy with regulatory compliance demands, as well as technology direction, and organizational growth objectives
Manages the long-term roadmap, involving sales, marketing, implementations, clients, prospects, partners, and other groups (often shared as epics)
Develops an effective company-wide go-to-market plan and guides product owners to implement and execute the plan
Provides guidance to product owner in the management of product backlog and its prioritization according to business value or ROI
Collaborate across teams (such as sales, marketing, and operations)
Analyzes potential partner relationships for the product
3+ years of enterprise software product management or relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
Proven ability to innovate and execute on business objectives pinpointing business challenges
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
Home Health/Hospice or other industry experience desired
This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (25%)
