PowerToFly is looking for an energetic and motivated Account Executive to join our Sales team. We've had 65-75% QoQ revenue growth over the past year, and each segment represents a huge opportunity for PowerToFly. You will be responsible for developing deep customer relationships and growing PowerToFly’s footprint across EMEA and APAC.

Our goal is to build an organization of self-starting, smart, ambitious Account Executives, committed to our mission and passionate about changing the options available to underrepresented talent at work.

What you'll do:
  • Identify and secure buy-in from multiple decision makers ranging from end-users to executives to create long-term partnerships with Recruiting, DEI, People Teams, and occasionally specific business units by understanding their DEI challenges for attracting, hiring, and retaining talent.
  • Incorporate knowledge of our services into a highly-consultative, value-driven sales process.
  • Meet and exceed your sales goals by managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, aligning needs and pain points, building business cases and demonstrating value, negotiating, and closing.
  • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts of business.
  • Collaborate with internal resources such as BDRs, customer success managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Build your own new book of business that you will then up-sell.
  • Travel as needed within your territory, depending on current travel restrictions.
We are looking for people who:
  • Have a strong history of exceeding quota attainment.
  • Are highly consultative sellers that communicate with clarity, intention and attention to detail.
  • Are skilled in building a book of business in new territories.
  • Approach problems with strategic and curious thinking, active listening, and perseverance to our mission, applying their insights to deliver business results
  • Are comfortable operating in a start-up environment where process and collateral are still being refined.
  • Show up as allies and champions for underrepresented voices, and help us take our mission to business around the world.
  • Demonstrate personal leadership and professionalism - motivating and inspiring those around them.
  • Are experienced in tracking all sales activity, including forecasting and revenue achievement in salesforce.com
  • Create satisfied and reference-able customers.
  • Are experienced in contract negotiations, including with Legal and Procurement organizations.
Bonus points:
  • Experienced in selling professional services to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or DEI space
