The Field Strategy and Operations Team is chartered with driving predictable, profitable growth by delivering and constantly improving sales productivity, tools and processes, actionable insights, and informed points-of-view to our global sales leaders and cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated program management professional to drive our Field Operations initiatives and participate in the program management of key initiatives throughout the company. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of program management best practices for the Field Operations team.

The ideal candidate is a team player that is effective in delivering successful outcomes across initiatives of various focus areas and complexity. They should have a proven record of building consensus and driving decisions with cross-functional teams at many levels within an organization. They embrace “never been done before” areas as opportunities to create precedence and standardization.

This position is an Individual Contributor role and reports to the Director of Program Management, Worldwide Field Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Program management of field-facing initiatives
  • Represent the Field organization in program management of cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Establish program level objectives and goals; define and track success metrics
  • Assemble and lead virtual program teams as needed
  • Estimate and implement program budgets as required
  • Set program controls/governance/standards
  • Monitor and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Develop key milestones, tactics/activities and timelines as part of a comprehensive project plan
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions & follow-up on actions
  • Identify, track and manage issues; create issue resolution/mitigation plans
  • Leverage existing tools and processes and identify opportunities to improve process and collaboratively institutionalize them
  • Communicate program status and progress to key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Provide program management support and guidance to the Field Operations team as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 5+ years’ previous experience in program management, project management or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program/Project Management certification desirable
  • Experience in Sales and/or Sales Operations (within a SaaS company preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of program management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in driving Change Management and Operational Excellence initiatives a plus
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite; working knowledge of program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • Effective organization, communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Excellent team and positive interpersonal skills
