The Sales Operations Team is chartered with making and enabling continuous productivity improvements for sales organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative person to join the team to actively manage, build and evolve Sales Systems of Scale for WW Sales forecasting and planning tools.

Success in this role will be measured on adoption and usage of Sales management tools as well as the evolution of the supporting models and their value-added features. This role will own the roadmaps for specific models, and will develop and evangelize models for the SalesOps and Sales managers so they can drive business insights improve forecasting and planning.

The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses very strong analytical skills, enjoys solving complex business problems, innovating and also had a deep understanding of sales processes. The ideal candidate will have grounds up experience building and maintain modern sales and/or financial planning models.

Attention to detail paired with mindfulness of the big picture is essential for success in this role. The candidate is a builder at heart and can be both a player and a coach when it comes to systems adoption or development. The successful candidate is also someone who thrives in a fast-paced, and at times demanding environment and sees themselves as having ownership and accountability over their own performance and responsibilities – they are not afraid to go to extra mile to make things work out.

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Director, Sales Business Systems responsible for the Anaplan Center of Excellence.


  • Will be the functional leader and primary force of change for evolving Anaplan models inside the sales organization
  • Will Develop Anaplan Model roadmaps to craft efficient and effective solutions that streamline, standardize, and automate Sales management workflows (ex. Advanced Forecasting, Quota Planning)
  • Will Maintain Anaplan models and tune them as the go to market model requires (ex. Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan)
  • Will Support rapid learning with Sales Managers on how to leverage Anaplan models as part of their jobs; Identify and formalize best practices in application building and share them across DocuSign;
  • Interacts with WW Sales team to understand user experience with Anaplan, identify new requirements and implement enhancements in subsequent releases
  • Conceives and execute new models as Anaplan solutions to support new business objectives and initiatives;

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Minimum 8+ years relevant business experience consulting on Anaplan implementations, preferably in the software / high tech
  • 2+ years of financial or sales systems model building (ideally >1 year of Anaplan experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent learning agility with bias toward analyzing and crafting order out of ambiguity
  • Ability to shift as needed from detailed precision to strategic big picture thinking.
  • Experience with analytical tools including Hyperion, Business Objects, MS Excel, Access, Qlikview and other similar applications.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines.
  • Experience project managing consultants that supplement development activity
