Sourcing Manager, Talent Acquisition
As a Sourcing Manager on our North America Tech Recruiting Team, you will lead our Technical Sourcers as we build, define, and scale our newly implemented Sourcing model. You will play a critical role in guiding our Sourcers who are building top half of the sourcing funnel and delivering top technical talent across various high-impact technology teams. Our model utilizes sourcing for identifying and engaging passive candidates as well as utilizing our ATS for continued engagement. Your primary focus would be leading the engagement of passive talent in the market and helping to deliver market-based insights to hiring leaders.

What you"ll do :
Hire and lead the industry’s top Technical Sourcing talent
Mentor Junior & experienced Sourcers to help them build and grow their skill set and ability to source across multiple disciplines
Partner with internal stakeholders to create and implement strategic sourcing strategies
Be an advocate and frontline leader for our Inclusion and Diversity hiring initiatives
Drive the implementation of high quality, high volume hiring practices across multiple Business groups while achieving excellent candidate experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with other Recruiter/Sourcing Managers to create best practices and policies
Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our Sourcing effectiveness as a team
Evaluate the existing tools, both paid and open source, and determine which tools are best suited maximum efficiency
Implement effective strategies and measure the success of varying strategies to increase our diversity channels and diversity-based sourcing methods
Determine ideal metrics for Sourcer performance and output while setting individual expectations
Understand data associated with hiring success and provide KPIs for leadership to evaluate hiring performance
Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with Sourcers to understand individual career goals, challenges, and opportunities for each team member
Participate and lead quarterly reviews and provide team members with proactive feedback and performance rating
Develop sourcing training materials and lead training sessions
Act as key decision maker in the overall Recruiting model as is evolves
Who you are :
8+ years of Technical Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience
2+ years of experience managing a team of Recruiters and/or Sourcers
Deep knowledge of Sourcing, and passionate about implementing strategic initiatives
Experience sourcing and leading teams through change and scale
Ability to influence hiring managers by providing data-driven talent insights
You have the ability to lead with empathy and compassion while setting a high bar for performance
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including being able to prioritize workload based on business needs
Demonstrated ability in exercising sound judgment while working with a high degree of independence
Degree in human resources related discipline, and/or equivalent qualification or experience
