Our primary goal is to drive user productivity and break down barriers between devices through cross device, cross platform and cross app scenarios. We are an innovative and entrepreneurial team.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced program manager with a track record of shipping, a proven ability to partner across org boundaries to accomplish business and engineering goals, and a good degree of technical depth. We are looking for the right fit Your primary customer is the developer. You’ll be working with your feature team as well as the Windows, Azure, Office, Cortana, Office, HoloLens and Third Party developers. This is a high visibility project that is directly contributing to showcase Windows and Cross-Platform experiences.



  • Technical background and thought leadership to design solutions for large scale online services.

  • You’re great at fleshing out the details, writing them down and making sure everyone knows what the priorities are and what needs to get done.
  • You love getting your hands dirty, testing out the product to find the holes and driving improvements.
  • You’re data driven and want to get data to help you really understand where we’re at and exactly what will have the biggest impact next.



Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program management experience 
  • Bachelors in CS or related engineering field or equivalent experience (MBA a big plus)
