In Devices Partner Engineering team, we boldly pursue big ideas that power transformational advances in the conference room and at your desk. Our mission is to deliver the best M365 communication spaces experience. We are looking for talented, motivated program managers that want to get to the bottom of customer scenarios and work closely with our agile development team. We work with internal teams and external partners to deliver the software that powers intelligent solutions for conference rooms, personal spaces and backend systems. Our devices natively integrate with O365 Services: Skype for Business Online and Teams. We're looking for seasoned program managers to learn directly from customers and bring back the learnings into the product team. You will have the opportunity to specify a device “white glove” service for our customers and define the business intelligence to drive our solution set. This is a fantastic opportunity for high impact program management with a heavy emphasis on customer interaction in a small team (startup-like) environment. We will be directly engaging over 100 customers in the coming year, so customer interaction is no problem. In this role, you have opportunity to make the meeting room experience excellent -- that is what we will do.


Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their requirements and to envision solutions that will solve their problems
  • Build new tools, run major tool enhancements, and support onboarding of a managed rooms technology
  • Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Plan and deliver features, write user stories, and groom the backlog
  • Ability to work cross teams and take on complex systems and processes and drive simplification and improvements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in an engineering role such as program/product/solution manager
  • Demonstrated engineering PM skills and a track record of project execution
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, developing project plans, and managing releases
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion to solve hard problems, work on process improvement
  • Ability to work with partner teams across organization boundaries
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment
