TheAvere Control Plane team designs, builds, and maintains the software that monitors, configures, and coordinates these highly-available, fault-tolerant systems. We also create the user interfaces that storage administrators and operators see when they interact with our system. As a part of our team, you can have the opportunity to work across the entire software stack, including: interactive web user interfaces; interaction with cloudAPIs on Azure, Google, and AWS; designing and building middleware systems that control and monitor cluster functions; and low-level internal configuration and messaging systems.
1+ years software development experience with Python, C or C++
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Unix (FreeBSD, Linux)programming and command-line tools
Familiarity with git or other software source control systems (perforce, svn, etc.)
