The Senior Manager, Global Diversity & Inclusion will be responsible for implementing and managing key D&I strategy initiatives and programs across our global engineering businesses. In addition, this individual will provide consultation on the needs of the organization and relevant solutions. The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically at a global level, be passionate about diversity and inclusion, have strong influencing and negotiation skills and be adept at executing multiple large-scale projects in a timely and effective fashion. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong cross-company relationship building skills, possess a strong attention to detail, excel at dealing with and leading through ambiguity, have an ability to understand complex issues and be able to translate them into simple, clear execution plans that help advance the D&I agenda across the go to
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Translate key strategy initiatives into clear action plans & deliverables that enable the engineering businesses to drive progress
Implement, manage and track key D&I strategy initiatives and programs. This will include:
Identifying & managing project risks
Communicating project status & milestones to all levels of leadership & stakeholders
Organizing and leading project managers with the businesses to help execute on initiatives
Measuring progress of initiatives relative to desired outcomes
Partner and build strong relationships with human resources and business leaders.
Provide subject matter expertise, leveraging data and researched best practices.
D&I program management.
Qualification Required Skills/Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years D&I experience
Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Proven stakeholder management skills, especially in a cross-organizational capacity
Ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams of activities
Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
