Job Purpose (Job Summary):
As a Sr. Analyst working on Talent and Organizational Design, you will work closely with the Engineering Strategy and Transformation Lead to map the organization and drive the overall design and structure of the teams to optimize value delivery. The incumbent will help to define the goal-state structure, design approach to measuring the progress of the overall transformation, track and report out KPIs, work alongside resource managers to create a process for tracking and managing talent capacity and allocation. In addition, the incumbent will provide support on overall staff development, on boarding, skills assessments and training/development and culture initiatives.


Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Work closely with ToT Capability Leads to determine strategies for optimizing and developing the squad design and structure.
  • Develop strategies for change that are agile, and ready for the digital world
  • Support the translation of strategic direction and Agile COE objectives into holistic change strategies at the team level
  • Design and drive agile and culture change strategies that will help teams change the way collaborate and deliver, while preparing them for the future
  • Responsible for leading efforts to demonstrate resource capacity utilization, forecasting, engagement, talent rotations and impact to existing project portfolios
  • Responsible for supporting the development and execution of organization design changes as it relates to our location, recruitment and talent strategies.
  • Manage process for recruiting and on boarding new talent into the organization
  • Assessment of change readiness, leadership alignment, and organizational impact
  • Training strategies, and curricula and course development
  • Stakeholder management and communications to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Eight years of experience in a relevant field such as organizational development, organizational behaviors, communications, information technology, or higher education.
  • Prosci Certification or other equivalent Change Management Certification.
  • Experience working on the successful delivery of change management in the disciplines of
  • o Change management methodology, job or role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training or performance support and organizational readiness.
  • Demonstrated interest in change management work through professional organizations, coursework, conference attendance, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide both detailed information as well as summaries to management level individuals and groups.
  • Experience developing customer relationships and delivering customer-focused service.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to uncover root cause and evaluate different solution options.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

  • Bachelor�s degree with at least 8 years of related experience or master�s degree in in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Operational Model Design
  • Experience working in an Agile environment

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
  • The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.
  • Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Frequency and duration to be determined by manager.
