The role: The Associate Creative Director will serve as a creative leader to architect materials for print and digital campaigns, events and product launches on the Divisional and Corporate level. In this position, you will have the opportunity to create impact to the global financial markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Creative Director as a hands-on creative leader within the Enterprise Marketing team.
  • Partner with Brand, Events, Digital and Divisional leadership to ideate, create and execute strategic campaigns and experiences.
  • Confidently communicate concepts to a variety of business partners on a global scale.
  • Direct, develop, lead and mentor creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold integrity of our brand identity and implement creative strategy across all executions.
  • Maintain design excellence and elevate creative thinking through all touchpoints produced by the creative team.
  • Communicate design strategy when interpreting and maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Have a clear understanding of design-centered processes as well as proven methodologies for identifying and solving problems.
  • Demonstrate superior familiarity of brand guidelines, recommending acceptable interpretations for each division.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business partner markets, products and customers, demonstrating creative solutions in response to their marketing objectives.
  • Ensure and assist in the development of creative briefs for marketing and communication initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should be feel comfortable and excited to work in a corporate environment, who views being in-house as an opportunity to build a dynamic and compelling story with a premium, global brand.
  • BFA in graphic design.
  • At least 7+ years agency or in-house experience highly preferred.
  • Branding, digital (innovative/interative) and experiential experience a must.
  • B2B experience desirable.
  • Strong time management skills (ability to pivot and prioritize a large volume of projects).
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with non-creatives.
  • Proficiently knowledgeable in all industry standard programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and MAC systems, After Effects, Dreamweaver, and SCC.
