As our new Sales Director, Manufacturing Industry you will lead and develop Microsoft’s overall business within Manufacturing, Pharma and Energy sectors in Denmark. The role serves as a critical interface between Microsoft and our key customers in leading them through their Digital Transformation Journey. Traditional sales engagement methods have evolved, and customers are seeking consultative partnerships.
By leveraging world class solutions like cloud computing and AI, your role is to unlock the potential of our enterprise customers by transforming Microsoft’s customer engagements, and elevating conversations to a strategic level. Leading a high-performing and growing sales team to deliver business value to our largest customers
Connecting with and being relevant to our customer’s Business Decision Makers at C-level
Securing strong account strategies, providing executive presence for the customer relationships and playing a critical role in driving our customer's digital transformation journey
Strategic deal orchestration and driving of digital transformation
Delivering business results in form of revenue growth for Microsoft
Strong sales and business background centered on software technologies (Microsoft software and devices technology preferred) combined with deep understanding of key industry solutions and competitive technologies
Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
Demonstrated deep Industry knowledge and C-Level acumen
Proven ability to Build, Nurture and Orchestrate a Network of Specialist Resources – and of people management and leading sales teams to achieve growth
Extensive experience in working with high-performing sales individuals and software partners
Strong business planning and coaching/instilling business discipline skills woven with ability to encourage sales/tech sales team to develop and implement targeted plans
Ability to identify, nurture, and drive digital transformation deals with all customers
