If so, the US M&O M365 team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own the Gross Customer add (GCA) scorecard metric for the US. In this role you will work closely with the sales and partner teams across SMC, Pub Sec and Enterprise to create and deliver the programs and strategies needed to move customers from on-prem to the cloud by leveraging the benefits of M365.
Key responsibilities include:
Build the GTM strategy in partnership with segment leads and OCP that will enable us to hit our monthly/quarterly/FY19 goals for GCA
Manage the monthly GCA scorecard reviews providing deep insights on what is and isn’t working across the teams
Analytical Insights: Provide the analytical insights that are driving GCA across each segment
Field Insights - Connect regularly with sellers and partners to get both field and customers insights.
Mange the readiness & collateral that is needed to move customers to the cloud
Identify the right sales plays and collateral for sellers and partners
Identify readiness gaps and then work with the WW teams to develop additional content as needed
Be the M365 BG champion for Business Value and investment programs that will help move customers to the cloud
Be a Microsoft 365 subject matter expert that is intimately familiar with the benefits of moving to the cloud
Collaborate with US OCP, US sales and marketing teams to:
Align with and leverage broader sales/marketing execution
Consistently track performance, key business blockers, and build recommendations to resolve blockers.
Develop and maintain strong connections with Corp to ensure alignment strategy and targets
5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering tangible business results. Strong preference given to candidates with prior partner marketing experience.
Strong time and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills to analyze business performance and identify market opportunity.
Consistent track record of delivering tangible business results.
Ability to view a business holistically end-to-end across Marketing and Sales.
Proven ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and lead virtual teams
A passion for technology and the ability to clearly articulate solutions in a business and customer-centric manner; knowledge of Microsoft 365 proposition and business preferred.
Exceptionally strong communication & interpersonal skills; experience presenting to senior leaders. Strong presentation skills to present at partner training events is a plus.
