With Microsoft 365 we are having a completely new conversation with our customers. The Microsoft 365 Platform team is at the heart of this conversation as we frame new experiences for customers. From IT administrators, to accessibility leaders, to HR managers, this team helps build the Microsoft 365 narrative. We need an experienced marketing leader to build and execute marketing plans that span infrastructure, tenant management and end user experiences. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of how we’re making Microsoft 365 real for customers. 

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and coach a high performing team 
  • Create and evangelize messaging to land the unified management story for Microsoft 365 
  • Drive marketing across Office 365 groups, Office 365 Multi-Geo, support, & networking 
  • Build and land the story for LinkedIn value for Microsoft 365 customers  
  • Drive the Microsoft 365 datacenter strategy to support new customer acquisition 
  • Own Microsoft 365 accessibility marketing, partnering with CELA and Windows marketing 
  • Partner with Workplace Analytics team to land cross-product story with MyAnalytics 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience developing to-customer messaging & positioning across audiences with references/examples 
  • Excellent people management capabilities to attract, grow and retain top talent 
  • Proven strategy skills to drive product and marketing investment decisions with references/examples 
  • Strong cross-group collaboration skills to work across the division and Microsoft 
  • 7+ years technology product management, mgmt. consulting, or similar positions 
  • BA/BS required. MBA preferred
