You are passionate about people and creating value. You will have Project Management experience on projects to deploy software solutions to enterprise or large public sector customers. Experience in Office 365 or related technologies, including core infrastructure, Active Directory, Cloud Identities, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype will be valuable.   • You love working with enterprise customers and having face-to-face customer engagement.

 

  • Demonstrated experience structuring complex deals and managing the delivery of solutions to enterprise customers will therefore be important. You are organized, and proactive, capable of strong leadership.

 

  • You are a confident communicator and are comfortable presenting. Having the relevant interpersonal skills, ability to network and build relationships are essential to success in this role.

 

  • You must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

 

  • No formal degrees or certifications are required for this role. However, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field are highly desirable.

 

  • Certifications in IT disciplines will also be highly regarded, including Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2), Architecture (e.g. TOGAF, IASA/CITA-P), Service Management (e.g. ITIL) or Adoption and Change Management (e.g. Prosci).



Responsibilities

The Project Manager is a trusted advisor to client executives within the assigned account. She / He actively drives communications with leadership within Microsoft and the client to that helps our customers achieve their objectives. You will provide relevant, clear and prescriptive advice, grounded in relevant experience, to continuously drive these programs through to successful completion. The Project Manager is responsible for leading engagement delivery within a formal Statement of Work (SOW) to drive predictable behaviors in terms of project process and outcomes (accomplished on time, on budget, and according to customer specifications). The Project Manager is responsible for delivery excellence, engagement quality and customer satisfaction.
