Capital Markets - Trading Technology Consultant / Experienced Business Analyst (BA) who has worked primarily on the sell side within trading and operations.

Will be responsible for leading business requirements, gap analysis, testing and deployment as part of a wider project team. Business Analyst will report into a manager or more senior person on a client site. Role demands strong communication and industry knowledge (Capital Markets) in order to be credible when gathering requirements from end users.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

- Capable of working independently with limited oversight.

- Key to success in this role is attention to detail and to be clearly able to document requirements.

- Previous experience highly valued includes: collateral management, liquidity management, treasury, front office control frameworks and OTC derivatives.

- Candidates with a proven track record of process redesign will be preferred.

- Previous Calypso / Murex implementation experience a plus.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Major in business, finance, economics or computer engineering preferred

3+ years experience within a change or consulting function in capital markets

Technology implementation experience

Experience/Skills in Front-Office/Treasury/ Risk/Derivatives (Technical or Functional)

Practical knowledge of Traded Products (Foreign Exchange/Credit/Equities/Commodities/Interest rate derivatives, fixed income, etc.)

Practical knowledge of Investment Banking Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes

High competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Candidates with a proven track record of process redesign will be preferred.

- Previous Calypso / Murex/ Finastra implementation experience a plus.

- Murex trainer certification a plus
