As the Senior Product Manager at PAX, you will work across the highest managerial levels of the company to set and execute on a vision for PAX products. As a manager of a key channel, you will take ownership of multiple key new initiatives and shepherd them through all stages of development, from market research and consumer insights through product launch and consumer response. 

As the PAX Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for PAX’s products, working with internal partners (Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc.) to plan and prioritize product deliverables and schedules
  • Balance the branding needs of our Brand partners, PAX, and regulation that changes weekly
  • Provide the best user experience for PAX customers while providing the highest margins for PAX partners
  • Work cross-functionally to simplify a confusing retail experience for our customers
  • Lead cross-functional teams with respect to requirements interpretation, product decisions, specification reviews, customer satisfaction issues, and scheduling
  • Clearly communicate product development updates, risks, and issues to partners and senior management
  • Maintain a high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ensure PAX retail and out of box experience is delightful, cost effective, and compliant while addressing a high number of SKUs
  • Travel to gain a "state-by-state" perspective and build a relationship with our B2B and B2C customers


  • 5+ years product management experience with consumer focus
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
  • You are familiar with PAX products and our competition. We aren't necessarily looking for "super-users" but you should be excited to engage with the cannabis industry
  • Track record of shipping effective B2B2C solutions - you've balanced the needs of marketing, operations, and regulatory


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a design, marketing, or operations focus, or equivalent experience
