We are looking for a strong, highly motivated Software Engineer who is passionate about bringing users the best possible experience every day. Your mission will be to ensure services are always fast, available, scalable, and engineered to withstand unparalleled demand. As a successful candidate for this role you will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, demonstrated client -side (CSS& JavaScript), server-side (ASP.NET and C#) coding and systems design, and solid communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and Improve client experience interacting with services, Network, latency, reliability and availability
  • Create Measures, tools & reports on client & service performance
  • Analyze system trending - Provide systems statistical trending and analysis expertise including trending in system capacity and threshold testing and monitoring, performance characteristics
  • Design, implementation, and testing of both client-side and server-side code
  • Collaborating with partner teams to deliver end-to-end systems and experiences
  • Investigating and prototyping new technologies and frameworks
  • Contributing to team-wide infrastructure investments
  • Evaluate systems and technology - Assess new systems designs and technical strategies

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of full-time software industry experience
  • Fluency in one of the following programming languages: C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A positive attitude, and a passion for software development and reliability engineering
  • Good organizational skills, Detail Oriented Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills Experience with Scrum and Continuous Deployment a plus.
  • Experience creating, developing, delivering, deploying, maintaining large scale cloud services 
  • BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field OR 4 years industry experience
