About the Role:

As a Lead Product Software Engineer, you will be working on greenfield projects in support of an early adopted, auditing solutions product. You will be designing and building cloud native applications. You will be part of a distributed team between U.S and India with most of the team concentrated in Coppell, TX. If you are passionate bout technology and want to work with modern cloud native solutions where you will have immediate impact on our roadmap, then this is the opportunity for you. This role reports to a Manager, Product Software Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • You will guide the appropriate use and implementation of technology to provide high quality solutions that delight our customers
  • You will play an important role as a hands-on, technical leader defining the framework, technology, processes / best practices for cloud native applications
  • You will lead an Agile team of .Net developers, UX/UI developers, database developers, QA engineers / analysts, and business analysts to deliver the development of our award-winning cloud native, predictive intelligence application
  • You will guide the development and delivery of maintainable and highly scalable multi-tier PaaS applications with web-based on the Microsoft technology stack (VS 201X /.NET 4.X / C# / JavaScript / SQL). Work in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products on time with performance and localization requirements in mind
  • You will design, build, test and deliver high quality, complex frameworks and systems and diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • You will develop applications using Cloud Native technologies (SaaS, PaaS)
  • You will create creative approaches and solutions to complex issues
  • You will coach, support and mentor less-experienced staff in their career development and provide them daily guidance and direction
  • You will influence peers and technical staff within the team and collaborate with internal customers and work teams across departments
  • You will select and implement development tools and coordinate technical standards within a development team
  • You will understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects strategic business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • 8+ years of programming experience
  • Experience with Azure
  • Proficient in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices
  • Successful track record delivering high quality products on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies
  • Deep understanding of design principals and patterns

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, NY, WA: $136,800-$191,650
