Call Receiver provides courteous and professional assistance in responding to member requests for Roadside Assistance for our high volume member service center. We are currently hiring for full time swing shift positions.

Call Receiver’s provide courteous and professional assistance in response to members requests for Roadside Assistance in a high volume call center.
You must properly answer and enter information into the system for each incoming telephone call.
On every call you must deliver extraordinary customer service to our Members, using sound business judgment and accurately answering questions by applying department policies while using all provided resources.
Accurately enter all information provided by our Members to ensure proper service is rendered.
Set proper expectations with our Members to ensure their complete understanding of the services they will be given.
Demonstrate empathy when dealing with Members in high stress situations.
Ensure Members are fully aware of products available to them to enhance the Member’s experience for each and every Member’s individual situation. (upgrading coverage, etc.)
Clear verbal and written communication
Data entry skills, typing (35 wpm minimum), computer, telephone and basic math
Passion for customer service
Ability to use a navigation system (Google maps, iOS Maps, Waze… etc.)
Ability to work weekends and holidays as necessitated by business and/or weather conditions
Ability to cope in a professional manner with a fast work pace and time pressure
