Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for 7Park Data’s product suite into Corporate verticals – including reporting, dashboards and visualizations.
  • Identify the needs of customers through user research, stakeholder collaboration, and analysis of data
  • Own the roadmap of products and features to meet customer needs and drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Become the subject matter expert for your products
  • Drive product decisions for any machine learning/advance analytics initiatives
  • Work as a conduit between the sales, marketing and engineering teams to help move the product forward
  • Work to educate the customer facing teams about new features and functionality created by the engineering team
  • Monitor competition to generate insights that can guide and influence the product roadmap.
  • Create client and internal documentation to help guide future colleagues in learning about the product

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management for a data product company
  • Strong experience in creating analytics from data for better decision making
  • Experience is asking the right questions of data on behalf of clients and packaging the answers for easy consumption
  • Ability to break down complex concepts into manageable topics
  • Ability to present to audiences with varying levels of technical familiarity
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts, how they map to product features, and how the features can solve client business problems to both technical and non-technical end users
  • Possession of excellent communication skills, as the ability to listen, communicate verbally and through written documentation is essential
  • Experience with SQL or basic REST API programming
  • Experience with creating documentation
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
