Wolters Kluwer is currently seeking a Digital Specialist to support marketing operations and digital marketing for our audit solution TeamMate. This individual will help plan, organize and execute marketing programs with a heavy emphasis on lead generation and inbound marketing optimized via digital methods and tradeshows/events. They should possess outstanding organization skills for prioritizing a deadline-driven and complex workload, exhibit strong attention to detail, and be willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities working in collaboration with the global Marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Building, Execution, and Insights
- Work with cross-functional teams to support digital marketing initiatives for our solution:
- Build and manage end-to-end campaigns with multiple tactics and touchpoints (using automated triggers to connect ads and web content to email nurture campaigns).
- Provide campaign support for webinars to ensure workflows are tightly aligned with registration and follow-up goals.
- Monitor campaign activity and provide program analytics to measure effectiveness of targeted outreach programs – report on a regular basis to identify trends and recommend program improvements.
Program Management
- Set strategy for audience building, avoiding overlap, and optimizing messaging
- Evaluate campaigns regularly for performance and optimization
- Leverage web analytics to evaluate audience behavior, paid channel attribution, engagement, and acquisition.
- Leverage digital marketing and automation tools to execute digital campaigns ensuring coordination and timing of messages across social media and website.
- Develop and manage social media calendar working in collaboration with Marketing Managers and Social Media lead to align channel outreach to active campaigns
Digital, Website and Other Marketing Support
- Provide recommendations for website / content enhancements and manages updates to the website via its content management system. Incorporates SEO research and best practices to improve content performance.
- Work closely with team to coordinate the company’s presence at trade shows, sponsorships and customer/prospect live or virtual events
- Coordinate with marketing and graphic designers to develop and design content for the following areas: digital assets, web ads/banners, email communication and social media campaigns, etc.
- Research and analyze competitors to assist in the refinement company’s overall positioning and messaging
- Other projects as assigned by marketing leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing environment or team.
- French language
- Demonstrated ability to work on marketing driven campaigns and programs
- Experience with a variety of Martech tools (ABM, Marketo, Google Ads, Google Analytics, heatmapping, Conductor, Sitecore, DemandBase)
- Experience with social media management tools
- Strong analytical and creative capabilities to improve and assess marketing effectiveness
Education:
- Degree Marketing, Digital, or comparable degree.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Knowledge of the inbound “sales funnel” in both the digital and traditional marketing channels
- Excellent communicator. You have excellent verbal and written communications.
