THE OPPORTUNITY

 

The Partner Delivery Coordinator will work closely with our global Customer Success organization to drive revenue growth through the management and expansion of our Partner Program, including supporting the development of partner business processes, onboarding and training, and services programs.

 

The successful candidate must be able to work directly with multiple functions including our Field Sales and Professional Services organizations, to lead multiple projects at one time. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. In addition, they will have superb communication and project management skills.

 

What you will do

  • Work with our subcontracting partner companies to enable their individual contributors to deliver on Netskope Professional Services’ implementation commitment
  • Complete steps to get consultants into Netskope systems and ready to work, to include account set-up, administrative training, and process expectations
  • Write and review Statements of Work for Professional Services engagements
  • Create and process Task Orders for agreement with subcontracting companies’ management teams 
  • Project manage partner-delivered engagements to track progress, hours, risks and opportunities
  • Maintain a clearly communicated process for subcontractor work completion
  • Track all work in pipeline, in flight and complete
  • Generate reporting on partner-delivery operations
  • Partner with Channel team to run and improve partner program internal rules of engagement.
  • Work closely with channel leadership and enablement to build a scalable partner onboarding framework.
  • Work closely with professional services to support a new implementation services delivery model through partners.

What you offer

  • 5+ years previous experience in Partner Program Management within a fast growing technology company.
  • Proven track record of managing subcontracting programs, processes and models.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both sales and technical teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Financial Force and/or Gainsight.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
