Our Customer Success team is consistently adding high-performing A-players with a thirst for growth and the desire to support customers in any/every industry and vertical. Our team supports customers of all sizes and across all verticals, which requires our process to be focused yet adaptable. No single company owns the start of the relationship between enterprise customers and their suppliers, and this is Scout’s focus. We are well-positioned when enterprises move to automate their sourcing and procurement workflows.

    What you'll achieve:
    • Frontline Enterprise Customer Success Manager
    • Oversee and refine processes for renewals and upsells
    • Measured against retention, growth, and revenue targets
    • Reporting manager to 6-8 CSM’s
    • Strong customer focus and increased customer engagement
    • Cross-functional work with all Scout departments
    What you'll need to be successful:
    • At least 5 years as a Customer Success Manager and 3-5 years in CS management in a B2B sales environment
    • Flexible and adaptable to fast growing changing environment
    • Ability to manage life cycle of Customer Success Managers
    • Ability to identify growth opportunities and support their close
    • Ability to recruit, hire, onboard, coach, train, mentor a team
    • 4 year college degree
