What you'll achieve:
Frontline Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Oversee and refine processes for renewals and upsells
Measured against retention, growth, and revenue targets
Reporting manager to 6-8 CSM’s
Strong customer focus and increased customer engagement
Cross-functional work with all Scout departments
What you'll need to be successful:
At least 5 years as a Customer Success Manager and 3-5 years in CS management in a B2B sales environment
Flexible and adaptable to fast growing changing environment
Ability to manage life cycle of Customer Success Managers
Ability to identify growth opportunities and support their close
Ability to recruit, hire, onboard, coach, train, mentor a team
4 year college degree
