  • 为相关系统的架构要求、技术设计和实施做出贡献
  • 帮助塑造团队的技术方向和标准
  • 随着开发进入全面生产,迭代稳健、可扩展和高性能的解决方案
  • 在游戏开发的各个方面指导团队中的其他工程师
  • 能力要求:
  • 5年以上游戏开发经验
  • 2年以上虚幻引擎开发经验
  • 具有客户端/服务器架构和服务器权威游戏的开发经验
  • 计算机科学学士学位,或对计算机科学基础知识的深入理解
  • 对常见的游戏和软件设计模式有深入的了解
  • 出色的调试能力
  • 与不同部门的合作经验
  • 做出技术决策时的产品意识、实用主义和玩家同理心
  • 良好的英语阅读和写作能力(文件、电子邮件等)
  • 进阶需求:
  • 与中小型程序团队合作的经验
  • 具有序列化结构化数据的经验(例如 protobuf)
  • 具有持久性解决方案的经验
