This position is responsible for aiding the Finance team in providing timely, actionable strategic and analytical business intelligence to the Accertify leadership team. The Analyst will be responsible for managing our Sales Incentives Plan processes including payment and analysis, measuring sales performance, managing accounting functions around T&E; and supporting the pricing process

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manages the end to end sales commission process from plan design and corporate approval to measuring quarterly performance, issuing statements, submitting payments and providing analysis
  • Position must be able to interpret sales commission plan documentation and administer those plans for new hires and current staff
  • Role will interact with sales team members and utilize for supplementary reporting
  • Measures quarterly performance of existing clients base to determine if current client volume is growing or declining and links this to sales commission payouts and communicates changes to Account Management to ensure they have the full financial picture of the client
  • Manages financial functions around T&E; tracking and billing, 3rd party service tracking and billing and referral commissions to ensure we are accurately accounting for revenue and billing clients appropriately
  • Other ad hoc financial support across the Finance and Accounting team with a focus on Pricing
  • BA / BS degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • 2+ years prior experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, Sales Compensation Analyst, Financial or Business Analyst strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to turn ideas into successfully implemented programs
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable results
  • Proven experience managing multiple, complex projects successfully
  • Familiarity with large commercially available CRM tools (, Oracle, ActNow, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Multi-regional / national sales analytic experience a plus
