We do this by ensuring our customers are successfully using their Autodesk software and deriving the maximum benefit from their Autodesk investment and… come back for more! Our team manages all the post sales on-boarding activities; creating adoption and success plans, increasing customer usage and ultimately, we manage the renewal of the products. 3 years ago, Autodesk began our business transformation move from a perpetual license software company to a Subscription as a Service (SaaS) company. As a SaaS company, renewals are vital. Autodesk depends on our team to drive and grow renewals revenue and retain customers. Our team drives a lot of revenue and is essential to Autodesk s success. Responsibilities - Be the primary driver for customer renewals by engaging customers to drive usage and adoption of our solutions in the onboard, adopt and renew - Responsible to drive and close renewals within assigned opportunities - Meet or exceed SaaS renewals quotas- (this is a sales position) - Promotes overall customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and renewals - Handle all assigned incoming BIM360 activation/onboarding requests - Contact customers by Email/Phone to organize a remote activation meeting - Document policies and procedures based on expertise in specific job areas - Work with programs team to document best practices and workflow, including updating of internal work instructions - Working in Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity - Ensure subscriber health / Monitoring, usage data, health indicators, renewal dates - Assisting “at-risk customers” with product adoption and problem solving - Translating business challenges into growth opportunities into strategies for success - Providing or scheduling activation and/or product training - Identifying opportunities to expand relationships - Delivering accurate forecasts weekly to ensure our success against plans and targets Minimum Qualifications - Familiarity with AEC industry (Architect, Engineer or Construction). - At least 2 years of post-grad work experience on a professional inside-sales, customer success, and/or renewals team (preferably software / SaaS) - Previous experience and success in a quota attainment position - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting. Strong phone skills and presence required - Previous customer facing experience required - Excellent Communication skills (English Language)- Fluency required- written and spoken - Solid proficiency using technology Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) - Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred - Strongly prefer candidates with a 4-year degree Preferred Qualifications - Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required - You have previous experience in a software (SaaS) sales, renewals or customer success position - Experience driving [software] user adoption and/or renewals - You are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers - Have a collaborative and consultative work style, the ability to thrive in a high volume, highly dynamic work environment and love being in a customer facing role - You are seeking a great company culture with career advancement opportunities - You are goal oriented and have previous success in a technology sales position - You have the ability and experience to contribute thought leadership and best practices to our team
