About this role
BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. seeks Vice President, Product Strategist in New York, NY to deliver multi-asset and investment solutions primarily for U.S. institutions. Req’s: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: interpreting and applying statistical analysis performed using financial modeling techniques, including stress tests, scenario analysis and multivariate regression in the context of customized investment strategies for client portfolios; gathering, reviewing, and applying data from internal and external sources to address account-related investment and reporting inquiries; analyzing multi-asset and multi-region exposures, across a variety of portfolio-specific instruments, including commodities, equities, high-yield bonds and other fixed-income investments; preparing customized portfolio positioning and performance reports for institutional investors based on their reporting needs; assisting in drafting macroeconomic market commentaries and other marketing material, for external publishing and consumption; and preparing customized investment rationales explaining changes in portfolio positioning to institutional clients. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in one of the above-listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills. For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $156,500 - $205,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
