What we need

  • The TDS – Therapy Development Specialist will strongly collaborate with local Sales Support functions, Sales Managers, Distributors and International Marketing.
  • The objectives for this role is support Stryker Neurovascular in increasing our market share for hemorrhagic franchise introducing the new products and starting projects for the new Ischemic franchise in the country  aiming training, education and  accounts development. Part of the role, includes technical promotion for our accessories franchise ensuring participation in all accounts.
  • In this role the TDS will provide technical, procedural and clinical support to customers and to the sales organisation by conducting in services, organising animal labs, workshops, trainings, proctorships, participating at congresses and other Stryker events in order to ensure a successful execution of the commercial plan.
  • Additionally to this role, the TDS will work on market assessment being in charge of accounts monitoring, compliance follow up for marketing/events processes, customer relationship including provide  distributor and physicians feedback, markets dynamics and reporting inputs from the sales force and distributor network.
  • The TDS will contribute on events/marketing strategies based on customer needs. In addition, as being a field person, the TDS will be asked to contribute with ideas/actions to enhance endovascular therapy in the country as part of their role.

What you will need

  • Graduation course completed in Health care areas (preferably Nursing, Medicine, Biology, etc).
  • Technical courses will be considered as a plus.
  • Previous neurovascular experiences will be considered as a plus.
  • Previous experiences in technical sales will be considered as a plus.
  • Willingness to travel
  • English is required, Spanish will be considered as a plus
