Both of these positions are focused within the financial industry, serving the Capital Markets, Banks and Insurance and Non-Financial Corporate segments!

Sales Associate

Location: Multiple US based locations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities within the designated territory
  • Establish appointments with senior level executives of these organizations
  • Stay current with industry news and issues to understand the potential impact to your current prospects for fine new opportunities.
  • Coordinate and provide sales demonstrations
  • Maintain focused approach to daily sales activity pipelines and systems based workflow (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • Develop industry specific knowledge necessary to have credible diagnostic conversations
  • Engage in team selling to strategic accounts in conjunction with Sales Executives in other industries or Relationship Managers in existing accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years work experience (2 years of experience in financial services industry and/or in a sales/account management role preferred)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams
  • Exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Goal and action orientated, with ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally experienced in a consultative sales or a client facing role (inside sales, prospecting, sales support, customer support) and in dealing with challenging situations (e.g. objection handling, overcoming gatekeepers, etc.)
  • Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required
  • Any knowledge of CRM databases (such as Salesforce.com) or research platforms (e.g. Capital IQ, SNL, Pitchbook) would be advantageous

Client Development Associate

Location: Multiple US based locations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support relationship management activities and provide best-in-class client service in order to expand user adoption, further integrate services into client workflow, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Deliver client training (on-site or via WebEx) on product functionality and new releases specific to user job function and gather client feedback to support product enhancements
  • Research market and customer developments and trends, review quarterly client results, and report findings to Relationship Managers
  • Monitor product usage and develop account profiles including geographic/departmental presence, relationship history and business interests to help develop renewal proposals and identify upsell opportunities

Experience/Skills:
