You are:
A Performance-driven Contributor who can assist the Deals Desk team with order processing. You are a Loyal individual who will be an asset to our team and PB.

You will:
  • Converts written client contracts into CRM data
  • Validates adherence to client contract submission policies
  • Offers support as needed to ensure timely processing of client contracts
  • Expert in system Data Quality requirements
  • Actively participates in identifying areas for improved efficiency
  • Reads & interprets client contract information

Your background:
As a Sales Order Specialist, you have:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Skilled at working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Converts information into data to be entered into system
Preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience with SAP CRM
