As an Operations Manager, you will provide operations management to an agent team at Compass, to ensure the team can focus on what they do best. Anticipating the needs of the lead and the team, you resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise. You represent the team, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact. You will be responsible for incoming requests, directing emails and calls to appropriate contacts, flow of correspondence, and more. 

This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass.

The Agent Team Operations Manager Will:

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of the property including disclosure review, identifying action items needed to be repaired, replaced or additional information if needed
  • Coordinate vendors and interfacing with Listing Preparation Manager and team lead
  • Manage critical timelines to coordinate and develop property marketing assets (photography/video scheduling, signage coordination, and ordering, drop off brochures and other marketing materials to listings) with Listing Preparation Manager 
  • Create marketing print and digital asset development with assistance of graphic designer and team lead
  • Field incoming inquiries and handle clients appropriately
  • Assist team lead with buyer acquisition process which includes showing property, providing opinion of values for prospective acquisition, disclosure review and summary for team lead 
  • Lead generation development including – coordinating client events, weekend open house events, client lunches and dinners, etc. 
  • Audit client files to maintain a well-organized database
Qualifications:
  • Real estate license is required
  • Strong understanding of the residential real estate business
  • Professional appearance, aligned with the agency’s brand
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to compose and edit correspondence for grammar, content and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Some schedule flexibility (must be able to work weekdays and occasional weekends)
  • Possess a high level of self-confidence and demonstrate the ability to take initiative
  • Capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to prioritize workload from multiple sources, understand priority and consistently follow-up to complete assignments
  • Ability to anticipate problems, make adjustments and organize work to meet multiple deadlines
