Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to priceline customers – so they can experience all the moments that matter to them. is in search of a business development manager to support its rapidly growing rental car business. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills. The primary role of the business development manager is to support all rental car business initiatives, external suppliers, and day-to-day operations.

This is the ideal position for someone who wants to influence all aspects of one of the world’s largest rental car distribution platforms. As a key member of a small team, you will be directly involved in everything from business strategy, supplier relations and contract negotiations to business development and supplier-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

 Primary point of contact who manages the day-to-day business operations with our external suppliers and internal departments

 Contracting with external suppliers

 Supporting international expansion

 Monitoring the competitive landscape

 Managing supplier-driven content, i.e. promotions and fleet information

 Writing clear, concise, accurate specifications for new product launches

 Creating presentations for management and suppliers

Required Skills

 Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; plus ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines

o Ability to follow-up on all projects

o Must be detail-oriented

o Must be able to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced environment

o Must feel comfortable driving projects with multiple departments within the company as well as with external suppliers

 Excellent verbal and math skills; Ability to define opportunities and/or problems, analyze data, and make independent decisions to drive strategy

 Proven leadership and project management ability

 Must be a “people-person”

 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other related software

 Some limited domestic and international travel required

 Demonstrated history of living the values important to priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust. Unquestionable integrity and ethics.

Required Experience

 3 years or more of business experience preferred

 4 year degree in a business or hospitality related field from an accredited college or university

 Marketing, Operations, or Sales experience preferred

 E-commerce or online experience is a plus

 Travel/Rental Car industry background is a plus

 Fluency in Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese is a plus

 Knowledge of online marketing is a plus
