Our Concierge call center connects consumers with professionals who are best suited to help with their individual needs. When consumers express interest in a listing or seek financial support on Realtor.com, our Concierge agents get in touch to provide guidance and create matches with the right real estate professional. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing our Concierge experience by managing and evolving its communication infrastructure including phone systems, scripting tools, and call analytics. You will be working closely with your engineering partner and our call center organization to build solutions that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our Concierge platform while providing a great user experience for our call agents.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand our Concierge experience and formulate your own opinion on what’s great and what could be better
  • Create and socialize a compelling roadmap and outline how we’ll achieve it together
  • Implement and track key results (KRs) that will help measure your team’s impact and success
  • Identify needs, wants, and underlying problems of consumers and our call center, and thoughtfully prioritize them against your roadmap and KRs
  • Work closely with your engineering partner and stakeholders to identify solution approaches that can be both build or buy 
  • Work in an agile (scrum-ish) development process with smart, curious, and empathetic people that will push and elevate you to be a better product leader and professional
  • Be celebrated for working with openness, trust, humbleness, and being all about helping your team do great work

What you’ll bring:

  • Inherently motivated product person who is curious to learn, willing to challenge the status quo, and finds it fun to take on a big ask (small bites at a time) 
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience, managing software products 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in enabling and supporting call agents, or other teams, by building and maintaining a scalable platform 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making hard decisions and trade-offs quickly while iterating on innovative solutions
  • User-centered in style, background in both consumer-facing and B2B products preferred
  • Respectful approach to guide, encourage (and even inspire!) a cross-functional team to allow each person to uniquely shine and contribute
  • Soft skills set including communication, friendly, approachable, open to ideas, generous giver and receiver of feedback
  • Desire to be part of and help create a highly-inclusive culture where everyone can belong

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.  All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.

Salary Range for select office locations:

Santa Clara        $135,100 to $196,100

Westlake Village    $122,900 to $177,900

New York        $135,100 to $196,100  

Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary.  Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
