The Everett Clinic (part of Optum) is looking for a Urology physician to join our tenured team in Everett, Washington. You will join a thriving practice of 5 physicians and nurse practitioners that continues to grow. Our multi-specialty group is made up of more than 600 of the highest quality providers in primary care and specialty medicine.
Our providers focus on all aspects of Urology with plenty of dedicated procedural time. As a clinician, you are surrounded by a dedicated support team, allowing you to focus on your clinic practice, doing your life's best work.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in medicine from an accredited school and completion Urology Residency
- Board Certified by start date
- Unrestricted medical license to practice in Washington State by start date
- ACLS certification, PALS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ASC environment

Washington Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Washington residents is $423,090 to $604,300. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
