Internal Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team based in Budapest.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
• Develop and manage effective relationships with assigned regional customers.
• Act as customer first point of contact for RFQ, order placement, problem solving and quoting coordination.
• Grow and manage the business with the assigned customers, in alignment with global and regional strategies and applicable business models.
• Ensure profitability targets set for the assigned customers are met.
• Attend and support as required regular business reviews both with the customers and internally.
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements and KPIs for assigned customers are met.
• Work toward continuous improvement of the supply chain and service level.
• Efficiently network throughout the GSA and Arrow organizations to achieve key tasks and responsibilities.
