Forward is redesigning the way we deliver healthcare using all the technologies healthcare has neglected: sensors, mobile, and AI. As a senior technical recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for our quickly-growing engineering team. You will define scalable processes to source, engage, and attract talent, supporting our business goals as Forward expands nationally.

  • Define scalable, end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing to screening to closing
  • Use metrics and KPIs to support recruiting decisions - you have great intuition, but can back it up with numbers
  • Guide candidates through the recruiting process, keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about Forward
  • We’re small and scrappy, so it’s crucial that you’re able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Project ownership - oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines while working alongside cross-functional teams of physicians, engineers, and operators
  • B.A. or B.S.
  • 3+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Excited about hiring across technical disciplines including software, hardware, and product
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks
