We’re on the hunt for a marketing systems specialist to help support the operations and procedures for the Business Development team. We’re looking for someone who has experience with integrated marketing and sales technologies, and has the ability to quickly learn new skills on the fly. This person loves problem solving, and takes pride in optimizing systems and creating buttoned-up processes around them. Systems and tools are your passion, but you thrive with your teammates and collaborating with others.

What you'll own:
  • Partner closely with ADM/BDR team to provide ongoing training, support and optimization of martech stack (marketing tools and technology).
  • Define processes and provide documentation for all supporting tools and tech, and ensure documentation stays current.
  • Act as primary point-of-contact for ADM/BDR team to facilitate tech stack questions, communicate tool changes, and guide tech stack strategy.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure system utilization, compliance and integration health.
  • Responsible for measuring efficiency and effectiveness of tools and technology supporting ADM/BDR team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes and systems, and optimize workflows for productivity.
Experience you'll need:
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Effective communicator.
  • 1+ years experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo.
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools, such as Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Drift, Conversica, Marketo Sales Insight, or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and dedication to continuous improvement.
