About the Division

Morgan Stanley’s Fixed income research division is looking for candidates who can work as a member of the Global Macro Strategy team with a focus on Japan Macro Strategy. The Japan Macro Strategy team is responsible for Morgan Stanley’s official view on JPY rates and FX, as well as producing actionable investment ideas to a wide variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the day to day client/senior analyst requests and needs
• Creating exceptional trade ideas
• Understanding the driver of the rates/FX/macro economy/ and other relevant market.
• Communicate team’s/your idea to internal and external customers.
• Prepare presentation materials and contribute to our reports

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong computer skills(Word, Excel, VBA, Powerpoints)
• Experience working at the fixed income department in an global based investment bank
• Demonstrates creativity in solving problem, always looks for new ways of doing things
• Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work in a team.
• Native Japanese and fluent. English are essential
