Position Summary

Job Description:

  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials
  • Facilitating organization development initiatives including change management, succession planning, performance management and career enhancement
  • Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
  • Designing and developing major transformation requirements for projects and initiatives; set overall strategy and lead strategic planning for the change management function
  • Managing organizational change management projects at the organizational level through diagnosis, design, implementation, and assessment
  • Engaging in industry research and benchmarking regarding new methodology
  • Initiating conversations across the organization, developing community of practice, and driving the creation of a change management toolkit

Desired Experience:

  • Educational Qualification:  MBA – HR from a Premier institute
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an organizational development specialist
  • Familiarity with medium to large sized organizations and matrixed structures/reporting lines
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
