We are adding an experience, detail oriented Lab Technician to support our Weld Education Center team due to our continued growth and expansion.

What you will be doing in this role:
'Under limited supervision, setup, and operate machines (e.g., band saw, wet saw, press, sander, polisher, plasma track cutter, beveler)
Under limited supervision process weld test samples.
Regularly perform operator maintenance and cleaning of machines and work cells per established checklists
Occasionally confer with QA inspectors, engineers, production personnel, or others to resolve machine or process problems.
Works under limited supervision.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature. Normally receives basic instructions on routine tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Follows standard practices and procedures where answers can be readily obtained.
Ability to apply workmanship standards and understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Able to perform basic tasks independently.
What you will need to be successful:
High school education, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One-year experience in similar production assembly or manual machining activities.

Our pay range for this position - $22.09/hr.- $26.03 (plus shift premium – 20% for 3rd shift)
