Position Summary: This position aims at NBA App operation including building and managing user community and user growth. Be responsible for the new feature launch and operation management. Be responsible for user experience by collabrating with product development team and editorial team.|Required Skills/Knowledge: Experienced in internet platform large scale user community operation. Ability to work under pressure in a highly volatile environment in China. Ability to understand complex ideas and problems in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to identify, communicate, and advocate for solutions at both high and granular levels. Good communication skills 5+ years of experience in large scale user community and product operation Great understanding of NBA and basketball in China with knowledge of fan psychology is an advantage. Past experience in Hupu, Bilibili, Red user community is an advantage|Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher. Fluent English is an advantage.
